Return Policy Update
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, it is essential that before opening your parcel, you record a video of the unboxing. This video will serve as proof if the item is damaged, as we only accept returns for damaged items when a video recording shows the unopened parcel being opened. If you do not have a video of the unboxing, we regret that we cannot process your return request.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
